What coverage means

Repairs for Parts That Wear Out From Everyday Use

A home warranty plan pays toward the repair or replacement of covered items when they fail from normal use. You pay a set service fee for each request, and the plan takes care of the rest up to its limit. Before your plan starts, I make sure you can see:

  • Every covered system and appliance listed by name
  • The repair cap that applies to each item
  • The waiting period and service fee up front

Water Heaters

Tank and tankless units that stop heating or start leaking at the base.
